Schools and Communities serve different purposes:

Schools:

• Structured learning environments.
• Creators deliver courses (video/text).
• Support for assignments, quizzes, and certificates.
• Monetization via paid memberships or premium courses.

Communities:

• Informal discussion hubs based on interests.
• Free to join for all users.
• Share posts, links, images, and vote on contributions.

Flearnaxy currently supports English and French. You can switch your preferred language at any time:

1. By clicking the language selector dropdown in the top-right corner of the Navbar.

2. Or from your Account Settings under the preferences section.

1. Click "Create School" in the menu.

2. Fill in the name, description, and category.

3. Upload a logo and banner.

4. Set your membership model (Free or Paid).

5. Start adding courses! Note that you need active hosting for your school to be visible.

On the Starter plan, your School has a maximum capacity of 100 Premium members.

• Capacity Alert: When your school reaches 100 Premium members, you will immediately receive an alert notification informing you that capacity is full.

• Waitlist: Any new member trying to subscribe to your school will be placed on a Waitlist. You can view this current waitlist in real-time from your School Management panel.

• Migration / Upgrading: To accept these waitlisted members, you must migrate your school to the Pro Plan (2253.61 FCoins/30 days). Once you upgrade to Pro, the waitlist is automatically cleared, and all waitlisted members are notified to finalize their registration.

No, school memberships do not auto-renew.

• Manual Renewal: Once your 30-day period ends, your premium subscription will expire and you will return to free access. You must manually purchase a renewal.

• When to Renew: You can purchase a renewal when there are 3 days or less remaining on your active membership, or after it has expired, by clicking the renew button inside the school.

In your School settings:

• Free Membership: Anyone can join and access free resources.

• Paid Membership: Set a price in USD (converted to FCoin). Students must purchase a 30-day subscription to become Premium members and access your Premium resources.

Each resource (course, quiz, file) can be set as:

• Free: Accessible to all members of the school.

• Premium: Only accessible to members with an active Premium subscription.

This allows you to offer teaser content for free while reserving advanced materials for paying subscribers.

Starter Plan (900.90 FCoins/30 days):

• Limited to 100 Premium members capacity.
• Video storage limit of 20 hours of video.
• Distinct Grey Badge for the school.
• Limited to 1 administrator.
• Unlimited resource uploads.
• 10% platform commission on membership sales.
• Staff Chat is not included.

Pro Plan (2253.61 FCoins/30 days):

• Unlimited Premium members capacity.
• 200 hours of video storage.
• Premium Golden Badge for the school.
• Multiple administrators allowed.
• Unlimited resource uploads.
• Staff Chat is included for your instructors/admins.
• Reduced 5% platform commission on membership sales.

Max Plan (Coming Soon):

• Features even more video storage capacity and advanced management options.

FCoin is the official digital currency of Flearnaxy.

• Base rate: 450 FCoins = 4.99 USD.

• Use it to pay for school memberships, buy courses, or tip creators.

• Spending Wallet: Holds FCoins you purchased to spend on courses or memberships.

• Creator Wallet: Holds FCoins you earned from school subscriptions or tips. You can withdraw these to your real-world account.

Communities are open discussion forums built around specific topics. Unlike Schools, they do not contain structured courses but focus on social discussions and connections.
