By creating an account, accessing, or using Flearnaxy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Flearnaxy is a dynamic social learning platform where users can teach, learn, and connect. Our core features include:

• Schools: Create or join virtual academies to access structured courses.
• Communities: Engage in interest-based discussions and networking.
• FCoin Economy: Use our digital currency to purchase memberships, tip creators, and manage hosting.
• Content Sharing: Upload, share, and interact with educational materials.
• Direct Messaging & Forums: Communicate with peers and instructors.

You are the captain of your Flearnaxy account. To keep the platform safe, you agree to:

You must be at least 13 years old to use Flearnaxy. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's permission.

• Provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Keep your password secure and not share your account credentials.
• Take responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You own the content you post, but you grant Flearnaxy a license to display and distribute it. To maintain a positive learning environment, you must NOT:

• Post illegal, harmful, hateful, or discriminatory content.
• Harass, bully, or spam other users.
• Upload copyrighted material without the owner's permission.
• Exploit the FCoin system or engage in fraudulent transactions.
• Impersonate other users, instructors, or Flearnaxy staff.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or attempt to hack the platform.

Flearnaxy uses 'FCoin' as its internal currency. All purchases, including School memberships and tips, are processed using FCoin. Purchases of FCoin are generally non-refundable.

Creators earn 'Creator Coins' which can be withdrawn to real-world currency, subject to our processing fees and withdrawal minimums. Flearnaxy reserves the right to hold or cancel suspicious transactions.

The Flearnaxy platform, including its code, design, and original features, is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform's code or branding without our explicit written consent.

Flearnaxy is provided on an 'as is' basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flearnaxy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

• The platform will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted.
• User-generated content is accurate, reliable, or safe.
• The platform will meet your specific learning or financial goals.
• Any specific feature or course will remain available permanently.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraud, or harm the community. You can also delete your account at any time from your settings.

If your account is terminated, your access to Schools, Communities, and your FCoin balance may be forfeited.

The digital universe evolves, and so will these terms. We may update them from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes, and your continued use of Flearnaxy means you accept the updated terms.
